The Dyson V8 Animal is a cordless stick vacuum cleaner for all floor types that has powerful suction for a fade free 40 minutes. The fully sealed vacuum cleaner has a HEPA filtration system that captures and traps dust, pet hair and allergens such as pet dander and pollens from the air making it ideal for allergy or asthma sufferers. Launched in 2016, the V8 design is the similar to the newer and cheaper Dyson V7 Animal, but it has a more powerful motor and motorised direct drive cleaning head, plus has a larger battery for a longer run time.
The animal range from Dyson features the same vacuum cleaner but comes with accessories and attachments designed to effectively clean pet hair from floors and furnishings.

Design
The Dyson V8 Animal stick vacuum cleaner has a bin capacity of 0.54 litres and weighs 2.55 kg. It is a nickel–titanium colour and is 1244mm long, 224mm high and 250mm wide. Included in the v8 Animal box is the wall mounted docking station, a direct drive cleaner head, a mini motorized head, a crevice tool, a combination tool and a soft dusting brush.
